The room itself was impeccable, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a cozy sitting area where I could relax and unwind. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I was also impressed with the wide range of services provided, including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry facilities.

Since the price was very high for our standards I think breakfast should be included (it was plus 5 € per person instead). Also internet worked in the bedroom but could connect one device at the time.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good food. I stayed at a hotel near the airport during the weekend. the hotel was conveniently located near the highway and close to the airport. the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. They were always willing to help and answer questions. the food was delicious, and breakfast was included in the stay. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable.

Poor soundproofing and outdated decor. Unfortunately, the hotel had poor soundproofing, and noise could be heard from other rooms and the hallway.

Lovely people, absolutely terrible cigarette smoke. My so-called no smoking room was on a so-called no smoking corridor but clearly I was one of the few observing the rule. German hotels really have to start charging those who smoke in no-smoking rooms and should have the ability to fumigate rooms. Really unacceptable, which is a great shame as the staff were extremely nice and friendly.

This hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful residential area and only a short distance from the local airport. It offers easy access to surrounding areas via taxi. the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. the pleasant staff provide great service. the breakfast provides a wide variety of local foods. the bier garden and spa are great to relax and unwind.

The spa's operating hours could be expanded to benefit guests.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff was always friendly and helpful when asked for directions. Plus, the hotel’s free shuttle to the nearby mall saved us a lot of money on taxis.

The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which made getting around a bit difficult. there was some noise from the road outside at night, which made it hard to sleep.
